Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours of them being placed (excluding preorders). From there they are passed onto our distribution centres for packing and shipping. Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on what the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

Shipping fees

We offer free shipping within the USA and other countries for orders.

Tax and duties

Orders being shipped outside of the United States may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country. Please note that we has no control over the amount of these charges, as customs policies can vary widely. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
